Making a purchase:

Orders may be placed via the web site, by post or over the phone (not manned full time and no message retrieval available). Please email lists in advance of phone calls to speed up my response time and ensure I get the right codes written down. Credit cards will not be charged until the item is dispatched. Accept Visa/Mastercard/Maestro/Delta via Google Checkout online

MINIMUM ORDER £10.

Prices were correct at the time of uploading to the web but Stronghold Miniatures reserves the right to change these prices without any notice.

Shipping and handling:

15% UK, minimum order £10.00

At cost to the rest of the world which will include a signature requirement on higher value parcels.

Please note the web site has guides set at 20% for EEC and 30% for the Rest of the World. These prices hold true for parcels below 2KG in weight. Above this weight the price increases dramatically.

Thus please only use the postal charges displayed on a web site order as a guide.

I do not accept responsibility for lost parcels, I don't guarantee postal deliveries. I only get a receipt at the point of posting so if you want more than that you must tell me at the point of sale.

Delivery Schedule:

Metal items are normally despatched straight away, unless it is a large order. Please allow at least 28 days for production of all resin items. At busier times, or when a mould needs to be replaced, these lead times may be exceeded. Please use them as a guide only.

Back Order:

All items are made to order. I hold minimal stocks of resin items because of space restrictions in my workshop.

Tax Charges:

Stronghold Miniatures is not VAT registered at this time, therefore overseas buyers can't currently reclaim this cost as I don't charge it.

Credit card security:

Handled entirely by Google Account. I never see, nor carry out the checks on your card

Guarantee:

I do not guarantee postal deliveries. If you wish to insure your parcel please tell us at the point of ordering for a quote. Resin products are classed as ceramics and therefore uninsurable.

Stronghold Miniatures is not responsible for any local duties or taxes enforced upon trying to deliver a product.

Remittance Terms:

Payment on dispatch of goods No payment=No despatch

Returns policy:

Should your ordered products arrive damaged Stronghold Miniatures will replace the items if you return them all to us at your own expense together with the original packaging. Should a package be returned to us as undeliverable I will expect further payment to resend the parcel.

All discounts will be applied retrospectively, so place your order, the website won't reflect this, but then when we send out the invoice it will show the discount..
